Replacement, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Replacement Policy

Customers can request a replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, has missing parts, or is different from the description on the product listing page.
  • Customers should raise a replacement request within 72 hours of delivery by sending an email to support.maharajashop@vernost.com or calling to 02268554010 (Mon - Fri, 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM).

Important

  • If the outer packaging of the shipment is damaged, please shoot a video and take a photograph and send it to us. This helps us escalate the issue with the brand effectively.

Replacement Eligibility Conditions:

  • The replacements will be offered in case the product delivered is damaged, DOA (Dead on arrival) or different from what was ordered. To enable replacement please ensure that the product is unused, and is returned in original packaging with all labels, tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
  • Replacement product will be shipped when the original product has been picked up and received by the shipper. Product received must not be different from what was shipped.

Processing of replacement requests

  • For electronic items like smartphones, laptops, TVs, appliances, IT Accessories and components or any other such products, a technician visit may be scheduled, and resolution will follow based on the technician's report.
  • Vernost will coordinate with the brand to facilitate processing of replacements, which will be carried out in accordance with the respective brand's terms and conditions.

Replacement Processing & Timelines

Steps:

  1. Raise a replacement request via email or phone to our support team.
  2. Once accepted, a reverse pickup will be scheduled.
  3. Pickup occurs within 3-5 business days.
  4. After quality check (QC), the replacement product will be shipped.
  5. If the exact product ordered is not available, a refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment within 7 business days.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are discouraged and permitted only before shipment as per brand policy.

Limitation of liability

  • If the customer has ordered a product and it cannot be delivered by Vernost within the committed time frame for any reason, Vernost maximum liability will be limited to a full refund of the amount paid by the customer.
