Shipping & Delivery Policy

The Maharaja Shop delivers products only within India to its loyalty members and those who wish to be a part of Air India. All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order is shipped by our courier partners. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tampering before receiving or signing for it.

Once your product has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered via our logistics partners. It will take 5-6 working days for products which are in-stock and 3-4 weeks for products which are out-of-stock.

Packaging

Every package is delivered in a durable and tamper-proof packaging. All the merchandise/product will be delivered along with the invoice.

If you receive the package damaged or tampered, then please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be accepted.

In case of non-receipt of merchandise even though you receive delivery confirmation, notify us within 48 hours for smooth and timely resolution.

For quick assistance, please follow the complaint process outlined below:

  • Please do not use the item for which complaint is being raised.
  • You may be required to provide information like a brief description of the case. A few questions will be asked by the customer service team to help us investigate your complaint.
  • The images of the package/box will be required.

You may not be liable for exchange if you fall in any of the below scenarios:

  • Failure to provide adequate information about the case.
  • Failure to provide images of the package/box.
